CLAIMS FOR LOST PACKAGES:
For lost parcels, we must wait 21 business days for domestic shipments and 45 business days for International shipments. NOTE: For shipments to Italy, we must wait 60 business days before filing with our shipping carriers. This does not apply to UPS packages.
