Q How long does it take to ship to my state?

Q I live in Canada. How long before my item will get here?
A We ship to Canada using USPS First Class Mail Service with no tracking.
Delivery time will be up to 21 business days. lf you need the item faster, you may choose
Priority Mail International which will take up to 10 days.

Q Does the item come with a warranty?
A All new items are brand new in their original box and come with a full manufacturer warranty.
We do offer a few Gently Used items in our category "Resale Store" - please see pictures and full
desciption of these items as they most likely will not include any warranties.

Q Can I return the item for a refund?
A We offer a refund on brand new items only; the item must come back to us in its original
box and unused. A refund minus actual shipping cost will be sent to your account the same
day the item was received by us. We do offer an exchange as well - you may exchange
a brand new (unused unopened) item within 7 days of delivery.

Q How long does it take for the item to ship out?
A We ship within 1 business day of a cleared payment.
A We ship Monday through Fridays only. We do not ship items on the weekends.

Q I do not have a PayPal account how can I pay for the item?
A We accept all major credit cards.

Q How do l get the tracking info?
A lf you paid with your PayPal account you will receive an email with the tracking info as soon
as the label is printed. Please note if your PayPal account email and your eBay email addresses
are not the same, this email will be sent to the email address linked with your PayPal account.

Q How do I contact you?
