Return Policy
For your convenience, we offer returns on our
products.
All customers have 7 days after receiving the item to notify us of a return,
UNLESS otherwise stated. It is the
customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. When a product is returned,
the refund includes the total charge amount minus the initial shipping charge. A
25% restocking fee is charged on all products when we are not at fault.
Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and
accessories. For any questions or to request a return authorization, please
contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
How do I return my merchandise?
- You must contact Customer Service for approval
and obtain a RMA number.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in
same condition, and must include all original packaging, documentation, and
accessories.
- Ship with a shipping courier that provides
tracking information. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We
recommend FedEx.
- Please note that NO returns will be accepted
without an RMA number.
- Refunds will be credited to the same payment
method that the purchase was made.
