Shipping Policy
At WESTERN STAR GIFTS all orders are carefully packaged and shipped in bubble envelopes with extra padding when required. We want your purchases to arrive in good condition and take great care to ensure that they do.
Because of the frequency of the original package arriving shortly after an item is re-shipped, we will only re-ship packages a minimum of 28 days after it has been shipped. International orders take longer to arrive and can be held up in customs for up to 2 weeks. This is beyond our control. Sometimes the mail is just slow, for whatever reason, and this also is beyond our control. We ship quickly and appreciate your patience when your order takes longer than usual to arrive.
United States & International
All packages sent to the United States & other International destinations are shipped via Canada Post Light Packet or Small Packet airmail.

Light Packet includes all small items that will fit through a letter slot when packaged.

Larger items like cuff bracelets, jewelry boxes, etc. will not fit through a letter slot and must be shipped Small Packet.

All items shipped within Canada are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail or Expedited mail.
- Larger items like cuff bracelets, jewelry boxes, etc. will not fit through a letter slot and must be shipped via Expedited mail.

Expedited mail varies in cost by region. We charge a flat rate for Expedited mail and, in most cases, our cost to ship is higher than the customer is charged.
**It is important to note that the postage shown on the package does not include the taxes and Fuel Surcharge charged to us by Canada Post.**
Larger items are expensive to ship within Canada. Please keep in mind that these charges are assessed by Canada Post and we have no control over their fees.
