All products are crafted upon receipt of purchase and most are ready to ship within 5 working days. The transit time for delivery is 1 to 8 working days depending on where you live.

Custom and Hand-crafted Items: I would like to make the experience of buying very positive for you. Hand-crafted and custom items offered at a discounted/sale price receive a lot of attention, and may require advanced ordering during peak wedding periods. Advanced orders will be shipped 30 days prior to your wedding date. Please include your date in the "notes to seller" field of the checkout page.
INSURANCE: Every shipment is insured up to a value of $100. and is included with the purchase price. The seller does not assume liability for lost or damaged items, however we are very happy to assist in filing the appropriate claims with the postal service. We cannot be responsible for replacing products which are lost or severely damaged during shipping. Without sufficient time for corrective action, we cannot adequately service those with insurance issues.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: To ensure each buyer receives only new products, we do not recycle returns. Once an item is made it becomes the property of the buyer, and no refunds will be given. If I fail to send the product as pictured and/or described, I will gladly accept a return for refund. This excludes color match. Color may vary depending on the settings of the buyer's monitor. I encourage you to purchase a sample size of one or two items to use as a color match, before making a larger purchase. | |
