Regarding this product, the description indicated that they were new products; But at the time of receiving the products, they were in very bad condition. Of the 80 units that I ordered, I was only able to rescue 30 units, the other 50 are very damaged. I told the seller about this situation and sent him the photos showing the boxes with mushrooms and the damaged products. I cannot return them, since these products were imported to Peru. I just have to express my annoyance with these gentlemen.

Items were brand new. We have sold dozens of these with no complaints until some are shipped to Peru! Convenient that buyer claimed they could not be returned. Buyer also initially claimed that all 80 were bad and demanded a full refund but would not ship them back. Buyer could have had full refund if he had been willing to ship items back.
