| A:We offer 7 days cash back, or merhcnadise credit after the return of the item and it's inspection passes the money paid less shipping will be issued. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we can combine shipping, please make sure to revise the payment information so that it may be approved by us prior to shipping the items.You may also ask us a specific question before you purchase the items. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Depending on where the item is being shipped to will depend on Canada Post. We will tend to send out items within two business days of payment cleared status. International shipments tend to be 5-7 business days on average. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:We try to stay within the $9us charge for domestic charges and within the $14us charges within international for items that are not heavier than 1/2 kilo. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes we do and we like to use x-press post by Canada Post. You may specify other forms of shipment for your purchase in the comments area or ask your questions prior to shpping.
