UNITED STATES:

  • Shipments may be shipped using USPS, UPS or Fedex Services at seller discretion and listing terms.
  • Please note that most parcels will be shipped using UPS or FedEx. These CAN NOT be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. We ask that you check out using a street address.
  • For delivery dates and handling times please check at the top of this listing.
    • Due to varying inventory levels at different warehouses, some shipments may ship from a warehouse location different than what is stated in the Item Location at the top of the Ebay listing.
  • Once your shipping label has been purchased and your item packed, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a link to follow on USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com to monitor shipping progress.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • International shipments may take a few weeks for delivery depending on your country's customs and postal system delays.
  • All applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage charges are included during checkout and paid to the Ebay Global Shipping Program. Only the item price is paid to the seller.
  • In the shipping tab above you will see estimated shipping and import charges. During checkout, you will see the final charges, including:

SALES TAX:

  • We charge sales tax in Washington state ONLY.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • 60 Day Return Policy
  • We reserve the right to assess a 15% restocking fee.
  • Open a return request through eBay based on our policy rules below.
    • Seller Pays Return Shipping if:
      • Item receieved is not the item as stated in the listing
      • Item is incorrectly advertised
      • Item is received damaged
    • Buyer Pays Return Shipping + 15% Restocking Fee if:
      • Ordered in error
      • Doesn't want item
      • Buyer remorse reasons
  • The returned item must be in new and resalable condition, otherwise the return will be refused if the item is damaged or worn.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days from the date item is received at our Returns Department before a refund is issued back to your PayPal account.

MISSING PIECES:

  • If you have received a product that is missing any pieces, please contact us and we will get in touch with the manufacturer to get you the missing piece as soon as possible.
