| A:You have 30 days to return if you're not satisfied. Please contact me before sending products back. We often can come to some resolution. I try and do what it fair...no reason to worked up. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping on every item in your store and on auction? |

| A:Yes. Don't pay until you're all done buying/bidding. You may find that Ebay doesn't calculate correctly sometimes. Just let me know and i'll adjust it for you. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:In the US, its 5-7 days fron the day you receive the shipping email. Almost always earlier, especially if you're near the west coast. Canada is 10-14. I honestly can't recommend paying extra to get priority mail service. I don't much of a timing difference from ground/first class. You will always receive notification when i'm shipping. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:The first item is no more than $2.89 US, $4.72 CANADA. Each additional item is only 2.00 extra. |
| Q:Is your shipping and handling charge more than the actual cost to ship? It seems high. |

| A:I do charge more than actual shipping on most of my items. This extra amount goes towards boxes tape, labels, paper, toner, and the time to process your order. I researchd a lot of sellers to make sure I was being fair. I recommend you always add the product price with the shipping/handling and consider that your price. I am lower---you'll see! |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, to Canada only at this point.. Many of our software publishers limit our sales territory to US and Canada. |
| Q:What carriers/methods do you use to ship? |

| A:I primarily use USPS for most of my 1st class & expedited shipments. If you buy a bunch of stuff or by heavy books, i'll ship them UPS Ground unless you upgraded your shipping choice. You should receive an email from both carriers when I ship. All packages have tracking numbers. |
| Q:Are your products new? |

| A:Yes, no products have been used or returned and put into stock. You may receive software CD-Roms in a plastic keep-case or cardboard sleeve. That's to protect the CD in shipment and save on postage. Many of my software products are sold in less than that huge box at the store. It's expensive for all involved to ship that. |
