* About your photo:
While submitting your order, you must provide photos. Photos are the
main materials for our artists to customize and design your
caricature,so front view photos in near future with clear facial
features are essential to produce a caricature with a higher
resemblance of you. Please read
photo specification for more
information.
* Production Time:
For regular orders, it will take 1-3 business days to be done.
* Can I cancel my order after submitting?
We work hard to process your order quickly. It’s impossible to
cancel your order once you place them, because the product may be on
its way by the time we receive a cancellation request.
* Why is my order cancelled?
On occasions, we cancel customer orders for the following reasons:
1. If the billing address you use at OSOQ don’t match the billing
address on your credit card, we cancel your order for security.
2. If the photo you send does not accord with production, for
instance: It is not clear, we will cancel your order and send a
cancellation notice to the e-mail address you used when you placed
the order. OSOQ will 100% refund your payment for the cancelled
item(s).
* Return & Exchange Policies
No returns are accepted on our digital caricature! If you don’t like
OSOQ caricature due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can
exchange it after our confirmation. Please e-mail OSOQ at
service@osoq.com within
24 hours after your caricature's receipt. After confirming it, we’ll
reproduce your caricature within 2-4 business days after receiving
the returned caricature. The exchange will be 100% Free!
* Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of OSOQ caricature. If you're not satisfied
with the quality due to an error on the part of OSOQ, you can
exchange your caricature after our confirmation for free. The
exchange caricature must be the same person's photo you submitted to
us.
* What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal
payments and debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo. We don't
take personal checks, money orders, purchase orders, CODs. |
