We at de Montse designs want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once you receive your item and it's not the right color or not what you were looking for, we will be happy to exchange it for something else of equal value.  Your new selection will be shipped as soon as we receive the item to be exchanged. If you prefer a refund, it's not a problem; we will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned item. Just make sure the item your are returning is in the same condition as when you received it.

Please note: All return shipping costs shall be incurred by the buyer and items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt, via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation and need to be in the same condition as when you received it.
