I will give this transaction/experience at five stars as the shipping was very fast; the unit was packaged very well but suspicion it sustained some type of damage in transit that the seller is taking care of right now. Whew!! Factory-Radio bent over backwards to make things right when the shipper damaged the selected radio/CD player. In the tradition of "This is Spinal Tap," I'ld give them an 11 out of 10 for service. The replacement radio was sent out promptly after receipt of the damaged radio . It arrived floating in bubble wrap, protecting it to yet another dinged box. It was swapped out in my car by professional installers & works great. Would highly recommend this seller for your car stereo needs.

Received quickly and item as described. A+++ There was an issue with the replacement CD player. Had to send it back and they sent another one. They even returned a CD that was in the original head unit. They made good on their promises. Good group to deal with.
