Can I get more information about the item?
We are unable to provide any additional item details, information, or photographs than what is currently in the listing. These items are located off-site at professional automotive distribution centers, and it is not possible for us to assess specific product details.
How do I know if the item will fit my vehicle?
Auto parts are specific to the year, make, model, engine, and VIN sequence of your vehicle. Within each of our eBay listings, we provide you with the manufacture specifications for Vehicle Application. You should verify that your vehicle is itemized in the list of compatible vehicles. Generally, it is best that you match according to your vehicles specific VIN to determine if the part is compatible.
For some of our listings, eBay also provides an informational tab, titled – “Compatibility”. When this feature is available, you can search for compatibility by entering the specifics of your vehicle (Year, Make, and Model).
How do I know if the item is in-stock?
Each business day, we update our eBay listings to ensure the items are in stock, and ready to ship. Your item will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Occasionally, there may be a delay in your shipment because our fulfillment location may be out of stock due to high demand, low inventory or human error. If that is the case, you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a complete refund, or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days).
How do I know if the item is what I need to fix my vehicle?
While we can help you find the item for your vehicle by manufacture part number, we may not necessarily be able to determine the part number based on a description of the part you need. We are not permitted to give automotive advice or represent the product in more detail than the information from the manufacturer shown in the listing.

SHIPPING
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer low fixed shipping rate of $7.99 per listing. This rate applies to all shipments within the 48 contiguous U.S states. Within 3 days of cleared payment, your item will ship ground service via UPS or FedEx. (We choose the freight carrier at our discretion.)
How much does it cost to ship internationally?
We make every effort to accommodate worldwide shipments for an additional shipping charge. The additional shipping cost will vary depending on the item and shipping destination. You can send us an email for a quote prior to purchase.
We will let you know how much and the estimated length of time to process the order for shipment. (It is not likely the item will ship within 3 days of cleared payment; typically we can ship within 7-14 days) The additional shipping price will be charged separately through PayPal, and applies to the following shipping destinations:
Alaska and Hawaii
APO or FPO Box
US territories: Guam, Northern Mariana Islands/Saipan, Puerto Rico, Samoa or the US Virgin Islands
International*
* While we try to ship products worldwide, there are countries we cannot ship to due to US export laws and freight carrier limitations.
Can I pay extra for express or overnight shipment?
Currently, we are only set-up to ship UPS or FedEx ground service. We do not accommodate express or overnight shipping requests.
To minimize the delivery time, we will order the item from the fulfillment location closest to your mailing address. Your order will ship ground service via UPS or FedEx, depending on the fulfillment location. We will send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can easily monitor the delivery.
Can you combine the shipping, if I buy more than one item?
The item location as shown on the eBay listing, (San Francisco, CA), represents our corporate office. The actual shipping location will be different, as inventory is available throughout our national network. For that reason, our ability to combine the shipment is on a case by case basis. We will order the item from the fulfillment location closest to your mailing address. There is no guarantee that we have both items in stock at the same fulfillment location.
Some of our eBay listings where multiple quantities are available for the same item, you will only pay the $7.99 shipping cost once for as many items that are available per listing.
If you purchase 2 (or more) separate eBay listings, you will pay $7.99 shipping per listing.
How long will it take to ship?
We will pick, pack and ship your item within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. We will send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can easily monitor the progress of the delivery. Simply go to the carriers’ website and enter the tracking number.

If for some reason we are unable to ship the item within 3 business days, we will send you an email to keep you informed as to the expected ship date.
PAYMENT & ORDER PROCESSING
Can I pay with cash, money order, or credit card? (not PayPal)
Currently we are only set-up to accept PayPal as payment. We do not accept alternate payment sources.
If you do not have a PayPal account, please visit http://www.paypal.com for details. PayPal offers various funding options such as checking account, major credit card and PayPal funds.
Can I cancel the order after i paid?
Once we receive cleared payment for an item, we are unable to cancel the order at your request. Our systems are set-up to automatically submit the order to be picked, packed and shipped.
If you decide after submitting payment that you do not want the item, you can send us an email requesting the Return Merchandise Authorization. We will respond via email to provide you with detailed handling instructions and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form, as a printable packing slip to include with the return shipment. You will return the item to us at your own expense; we do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Shipping is not refundable or reimbursable to return an item.
When will you process my order?
Orders are processed in the order received, which is most often the day the payment clears or the business day after the payment clears. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays. Frequently, your order will be shipped the same day or the day after your payment clears.
How do I pay for shipping, if my mailing address is not within 48 contiguous US States?
We will send a message via PayPal requesting the payment for the additional shipping cost. You will pay for additional shipping cost through PayPal.. Once we receive cleared payment, we let you know the estimated time frame to coordinate the shipment. Typically, we ship within 7-14 business days. Hawaii and Alaska destinations are likely to ship within 3 days.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
What is your Return Policy?
All items are returnable for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided:
The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, and
All of the item's contents are still in the box, and
The item has not been used or installed, and
Valid Authenticity Code
There is no restocking fee. You will receive a complete refund for the amount of the part (and sales tax as applicable to CA residents). Shipping is not refundable or reimbursable to return an item. The refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
For any returned item, which at our discretion, shows evidence of having been installed or used contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions or vehicle application, used in violation of any laws or regulations and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping, the return will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. If an item(s) is returned that does not comply with this return policy, we will notify you that the return will not be processed.
How do I return an item?
Product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request the RMA, simply send us an email with the following information:

What if I order the wrong part?
You can purchase with confidence, because the item is returnable for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. What if you shipped me the wrong part?
We have strong quality controls in place to ensure that you receive the actual item you purchased. However, there is a marginal chance for human/systemic errors in any process. In the event that you received a different part than what you purchased, we will resolve the situation. We know that our success is measured in terms of your satisfaction.
If you received the wrong part, within 3 days of receipt you need to send us an email to fordpd@driverside.com. Our Customer Support Team will work with you to coordinate the return of the wrong item, in exchange for the right item or complete refund. Please understand that in order to receive a complete refund, the item must be returned in original condition and packaging. |
