Item is as described by seller, it works great for a new old train so thanks! Only thing that gripes me is the shipping cost, only cost $17.00 to ship it not $29.99 so he made an extra $12 profit. I understand shipping policy, but the item was advertised Standard Shipping USPS for $29.99, did not say Shipping and Handling. USPS only charged $17.00 to ship the package. So that's the only thing that bums me with this purchase and I see this a lot on Ebay. But my Grandkids will enjoy it!
