I will try to put together all the policies that me and You will be following in our relationship. Here is my store :My eBay Store: where I ave some items for sale.
BUYING
Most of them are with a fixed price and have the option to receive offers form buyers. As usual I use to give better prices for more items bought. After I receive your offer we will negotiate the final price based on the numbers of items bought and not only. Upon mutual acceptance of the conditions the final price will be invoiced to the buyer. Only after the invoice is issued, the buyer will make the payment accordingly. Just to let you know: I always have better offer for my clients!!
REFUND
I always try to make sure that the items will be arriving safe to the final destination - my clients! For the notes, stamps and postcards I use to send them with a hard base (usually plastic) to avoid the folding and bending. It could be that the item is still getting some issues after being received, due to postage service handling (never happen with my items) or item is not like was described (again, not my case) or other situations. In this case, I kindly ask the buyer to communicate to me the issues and we mutually agree on the case. The inquires for refunds are accepted during 30 days after the receiving of the items.
SHIPPING
Registered mail = Expedited mail (for non coins items)
For the items below 12-15 $ I use to send the parcels as standard mail. For the items with the total price above 15$ I will recommend for the items to be send as a registered mail. Almost all items are shipped by me in anti shock envelopes (with air babbles). If you will add the price of the envelope (0.5-0.6$) on top of Posta Romana rates, you will see the amount I charge for shipping. So, there is no extra for me on the shipping. For former Soviet Union Countries I advise to send for them registered letters. The difference between Standard and Registered letter is 2$. So, it is up to my client how he wants to get the items. Registered letter it reach the destination a little later. It gets first to Bucharest to be processed and then is sent to outside of Romania. For the Standard letters, they go directly. As usual for a registered letter the timeframe is : up to 10 business days to EU, 10-15 business days to the rest of the world. For the Standard letters the timeframe is 2-4 business days to EU, up to 6-10 business days to the rest of the World.
