Ordered 2 industrial recorders from this guy. One of them arrived with a cracked screen from shipping. I sent a message asking about a return policy…. He told me he didn’t believe me and said I was out of luck. 1200.00 dollars down the drain. Maybe not a full scam but just know if there’s any problems with this guy…. You’re outta luck
