 Q: How do you rate your products?
  A: Five categories: Acceptable, Good, Very Good, Like New, and Brand New. Brand New items will be items that have never been used. Like New items are items that have very minor wear, if any. Very Good items will have normal wear. Good items will be items that have above average wear. Acceptable items have heavy wear.
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: We generally ship items within two business days (USPS Media Mail 1st item is from 2.99, for USPS Priority Mail starts at 5.49). Priority mail goes out faster and arrives faster. If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday it will go to the normal cycle of two business days.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Yes, for domestic shipping it is 1.00 more for each additional item.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: We use flat rate shipping on items (USPS Media Mail 1st item is from 2.99, for USPS Priority Mail starts at 5.99). We also ship internationally which is flat rate of 6.99 to 14.99. This is for a Air Mail rate or we upgrade it to a faster shipping method if it makes more sense.
 Q: Do you ship internationally or to APO?
  A: Yes, worldwide and to APOs. Some items we cannot ship internationally.
 Q: When do you ship?
  A: We generally ship within one business day after purchase. If you purchase an item on a holiday or a weekend it will generally ships one business day after.
 Q: Where do you ship from?
  A: We ship from the Cleveland, OH, USA.
 Q: I haven't received my order, what should I do?
  A: If you think the order should have arrived by now please contact us immediately.
 Q: What is your return policy for basic items?
  A: If you need to do a return you must contact us first to receive the RMA and return address. Returns must be received within 30 days. No returns can be accepted after 30 days. If you decide that you just do not want the item, you may return it, but shipping for the item will not be refunded and there maybe a restocking fee.
