We purchased nine glass mugs, and the care that Jessica took in wrapping each mug (in three layers of bubble wrap and bubble lined envelopes) was exceptional! Communication was outstanding; she prepared a custom page for our order, and because of the mugs' fragility, we even agreed to hold off her sending the package until after the holidays to avoid any mistreatment in the shipping process.
