Seller is most helpful,honest & communicates! The description was perfect, tray was packed extremely well with a large thick cardboard box, many layers of bubble wrap around the tray itself & lots of packing paper to fill the box up and make the tray secure.
Unfortunately, tray arrived with the handle on one end broken off. This was not the fault of the seller.
Once the seller received the pictures of the broken tray & my message, a full refund was issued timely.

From the moment I saw this frame, I thought it would be perfect for a particular original Christian Siriano sketch I have. So I ordered it. It took a bit to ship, so I checked on it and found out the seller was under the weather, so I said fine, just ship when able.
