Terrible. Charged $4 shipping, and sent $0.80 eBay shipping , ignored my message for 10 days then says his daughter is sick, he needs the money and what's the difference in $8+$4 or $11+$1 ... ha , doesn't get it at all. Card didn't arrive, also messages me claiming I am lieing. Just a terrible experience all around, nasty person **** AVOID ****

Buyer purchased the item knowing the total cost and shipping, then sent a message after they purchased and after it shipped requesting money back for shipping. We explained that shipping includes not only the cost of shipping, but the cost of card protectors and padded envelope as well, and the cost was made clear when they purchased. Looking at other feedback they've left - over 20 negatives in the last year almost all about not being given refunds on shipping. Very negative buyer unfortunately
