The shipment arrived on time, well-packed, and in the condition I expected. The item was very used and had a missing power supply, but the seller was up front about that in the item description and responded quickly to my request for additional information. I can't test the unit yet because I don't have the matching receiver (it's coming) but it does power up normally. I'd have no hesitation about buying from this seller again.

Dishonest USPS claimed this was delivered to me on the 18th. I immediately called the post office to say it was not delivered. First they claimed they delivered 4 packages, when I was given notice of 5 coming to me. Then they said I lost it the fifth package!!! I wrote to Blackstone about the loss, and was amazingly told they would reprint the CDs, and, by God, they did!!! I got a whole new set today. Best seller ever publisher for Audio Books!
