We refund all unworn returned shoes within 1-2 days of receiving them, in accordance with our returns policy.
We refund in full to give you the option to re-order or not, rather than simply offering an exchange.
We do not charge re-stocking fees, and you do not need a booking-in or returns number. |

At mastershoe-myshu we have a dedicated Ebay warehouse. If the shoe shows on Ebay then it is in the warehouse. We do check every shoe prior to shipping & there is a very small percentage which are incorrect (wrong size in box, small mark etc.) In this case, we always contact the customer and inform them of the situation, and refund immediately when neccesary.
