SpacePac Return Policy:
We are confident that you will be pleased with your new SpacePac™ bed divider once you have experienced its ease of use and flexibility. Although we have worked very hard to develop a quality product that is useful and durable, our primary goal is to satisfy our customers . If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the SpacePac™ divider, simply return it within thirty (30) days, from date of receipt, for a full refund of sales price, tax (if applicable) and
shipping -- no questions asked!! (Returning buyer pays shipping back to us).
SpacePac™ Limited product warranty
Merikor Enterprises warrants to the original purchaser, and only when the SpacePac™ pickup truck bed divider is installed and adjusted according to the detailed procedures in the SpacePac™ user’s guide, with due regard to all misuse and safety warnings, precautions and general information, and is used only for the purpose for which it was designed – that is to divide a section of a pickup truck bed into which light weight, sundry and household items may be placed, and to minimize movement, and/ or sliding of the items in the divided section of the truck bed -- that the SpacePac™ divider will be fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship only, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase provided further, that the SpacePac™ divider has been installed and used according to the provided instructions.
Sole remedy:
Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which prove defective under the conditions and during the period described above.
Our obligation under this warranty shall not apply if our inspection shows; (1) That any product or part has been damaged by alteration and/or (2) any product or part has been subject to abuse, accident, misuse, or has been operated contrary to Merikor Enterprises instructions for use of the SpacePac™ divider product. |
