By bidding on
or purchasing our items, you agree to our Terms and Conditions
including refund policies, combine postage policies and any other rules
stated on item listings.
If you do
not
pay money for your winning bid, please does not BID. Contact is to be
within 3 day's of the auctions end and payment within 7 day's of the
auction's end. We reserve
the right to relist the item and bidder will be report to eBay.
If you want
to
cancel your order in any case, $3.00 plus 20% of the winning price will
be charged as eBay charges and reslist fees.
Buyers must
pay postage and handling costs for all post including those for return
and exchange.
All items
sent
via Aust Post or other freight company are always carefully addressed
and packed. However, we assume no liability for the late delivery or
goods being missing or damaged while in transit. If such an event
should happen, we will lodge inquiry with Australia Post Office or the
freight company and claim compensation accordingly, the replacement
will be sent to the customer once investigation is finalized. In such
an event please allow up to 4-6 week for the investigation to be
processed.
Feedback
We will automatically leave positive feedback to every buyer who
completed the transaction and left positive feedback to us.
In the
unlikely event you are not satisfied with the transaction, please
contact us to resolve any issues there before leaving
feedback.
(Negative or Neutral Feedback isn't the way to solve any problem).
Exchange
& Refund
We are happy to do exchange for you, handle fees and postage fees
apply. Please choose carefully.
Notification
for exchange must be made within 3 days of receipt ot the item.
Exchange only be made by the item keep orignal(with tag and package
etc) . Exchanged item will be dispatched after the receipt of your
postage.
Refund
will only be given if item is faulty or wrong item is despatched and
notification of returns made by email within 3 days of receipt of item.
We reserve the right of inspection and decide to exchange/refund or
not. Postage and handling charges are not refundable IN ANY CASE.
