The man in the parts dept was friendly, helpful and prompt. He had the parts written up, sent confirmation, plus shipped the same day. Unlike Amazon's packing/shipping dept the heavy cast iron hub was securely packaged so there was no damage. Living in a rural area, Online purchases are a boone to us.
