A: Please read carefully each item description, all sizes are clearly stated both in centimeters and inches.
Q: What are these posters made of?
A: They are professionally printed onto glossy thin poster paper, with adding lamination layer
Q: Does this item come framed or mounted?
A: No, poster come rolled in a tube, you should hang it by yourself.
Q: Can you make personalized or individual order prints?
A: Yes, you can contact us at email@example.com for further information. All our individual orders are absolutely private.
Q: Do you accept Bank Transfer / Money Order / Personal Cheque as payment?
A: Sorry, we only accept PayPal right now.
Q: When should I pay for the item?
A: Payment should be arranged in 2 days after you bought or won the item.
If you cant pay for the item for some reasons, you should contact us ASAP.
Otherwise unpaid item dispute will be opened.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge to my country?
A: I do ship WORLDWIDE, and I offer my buyers three main shipping options: Economy (registered airmail), Standard (EMS Express Mail Service) and Expedited (DHL), pls check details at items description.

Q: What is the tracking number for my item?
A: I provide tracking number for EVERY package, whatever shipping option you choose. You can find it at item transaction details.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Our purchase will be printed out in 2 working days after receive the payment. Items are sent by Regular Airmail, delivery time usually takes 14 – 25 business days, depending on your location.
Q: I have not received my item yet.
A: If your item has not arrived within the delivery timescales, then please check your local post/sorting office in the first instance before emailing.

Q: I am not satisfied with my posters. What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a full refund as long as no neutral or negative feedback has been left. Just return the item in tact to the return address on the envelope along with a message through ebay and we will refund as soon as the item has been received.
