DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We Ship to all 50 states. To keep shipping costs manageable and affordable, Shipping on the majority of items will be calculated by your zipcode.  We use the lowest postage cost.  We will ship Priority Mail at your request or IF we feel the items needs to be shipped that way. You may choose to purchase postage insurance and IF YOUR PURCHASE IS EXPENSIVE it is VERY STRONGLY suggested.  Exceptions: We will ship by Parcel Post on heavier items and Media Mail on all Media Materials i.e. all printed material, movies, music, etc.  Also, if item is less than 13 ounces, We will ship by 1st Class Mail.  We do whatever we can to keep the cost of shipping down.  Each listing may be different depending on the item.  Please read descriptions of each item that you bid on and ASK QUESTIONS before BIDDING.  Thanks!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship World Wide.  PLEASE message us for a QUOTE.  NOTE:  Generally the same rules for domestic shipping apply. 

Shipping NOTE: We try to charge you what the postal service charges us.  We do our best to communicate. There are never any hidden charges, you know what you are going to pay when you read the description and or we message you with your postage estimate and then invoice. NOTE:  We offer shipping to ANY address of YOUR CHOICE.  If your purchase is a gift for someone—provide us with the mailing address and we will mail your purchase directly to that person.

COMBINING SHIPPING:  We have many other items on our eBay site and we are always willing and happy to combine shipping if you win multiple auctions. Please note: Combined shipping must be for like items only...Example:  We cannot give you Media Rate for a combined shipment of books and glass, etc. 

PAYMENT:  We accept Paypal . Payment is due within 7 days end of sell. If No payment within 7 days, I will send a reminder email through Ebay's Unpaid Item Center, if no response, Item or Items will be relisted. I am very reasonable and will work with each individual's situation, but please contact me if something does arise. We mail purchases within 48 hours after payment is received. We gladly give refunds but only through Paypal (see next section).

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:  We will give refunds-BUT-ONLY through Paypal and you MUST return item/items to robbinsplace.  Buyer is responsible for RETURN POSTAGE EXPENSE and we REQUIRE THAT YOU SEND IT BACK TO US WITH ARRIVAL CONFIRMATION if it is are mistake we pay for the return postage--then we pay your refund (this is to insure that your return arrives to us and that your refund is sent to you). We will refund your money for original winning amount and initial shipping paid.   We believe in good customer service, so please contact us if there is a problem and we will do what we can to make it right for you. Communication is always the key ingredient to a Happy Transaction, Please message us through the message board with any concern. 

 GENERAL INFORMATION:  We stand behind what we sell and describe everything to the best of our ability.  We are not EXPERTS.  Most of our items are vintage, antique or "previously owned" and have come from sources other than my own home--such as estate sales, etc.  Due to this we cannot guarantee that items are coming from a smoke-free or pet-free home, we really don't know.  Also, because our items are vintage or antique, they will all probably show the normal wear and usage appropriate for their age.  We also take many pictures to help you in your decision.  We will always note minor/major flaws that we can find in an item.
