 | A: Where possible, we give the shipping price to countries. For heavier and costly items, such as jackets, it is impossible to give automated options, as you will have a variety of shipping options, such as tracking or not. Just email us and we'll give you a quote asap. |

 | A: When an item is shipped out, we have as much information as the customer. If you choose not to have tracking of your parcel, it is impossible to know exactly where your parcel is. Where tracking is chosen, we give you your number immediately, and you can track the package online. |

 | A: Returns are accepted if the item is not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer will incur the cost of return shipping. Returns will only be accepted if the original tags are still attached, so don't remove them till you're happy! |

 | A: We do offer shipping discounts, dependent on the size of the order. Each order is assessed individually. Shipping for multiple items isn't just a combination of the two individual shipping costs, it is usually much cheaper. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Upon payment of the items, it is our policy to ship your items within 1 business day if at all possible. However, it is impossible to gauge exactly when the items will arrive, especially true for international orders. Common wait times are 6-10 days. |
 | Q: Do you stock any other sizes than the ones listed? |

 | A: No, we stock only what is shown in the listings. Please do not ask about other sizes, we simply don't have them, and won't get them in. |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Most certainly, most of our business is overseas. Where possible, the international price for shipping is shown on the listing. If it isn't shown, then please contact us for a quote, as you can have a tracking or no tracking option. |
 | Q: Why do you ask for a confirmed PayPal address? |
 |
 | A: This is a safeguard for us and for the customer. Going through the verification process in PayPal to get a confirmed address enables us to ship to the customer more cheaply. Both Shredthread and the customer are also covered in the unlikely case of an item going missing. |
