| A:Yes, we do ship internationally. International shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 for Airmail, $15.00 for Priority and $30.00 for Express. |

| A:Yes, we combine shipping. First Class Shipping is free for all orders within the US. Priority Mail is a flat fee of $6.00 and Express Mail is a flat fee of $20.00. |

| A:Generally, you will receive one of the beads imaged (unless the auction description states that you will receive the bead in the image). We are always happy to custom pick for our customers & if you would like a certain pattern or color please mention that in the special instructions section when you go through checkout. |
