| Q:How much is shipping? |

| A:We generally only ship to Canada and the U.S.A excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The price for shipping is a flat rate that is displayed in all Ebay advertisements. |
| Q:Who do you use for shipping? |

| A:We ship the majority of our shipments with CanPar (www.canpar.ca). After paying for you item, you will recieve a email with your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. |
| Q:To you ship to Europe? |
|
| A:We do ship to Europe, but be forwarned it is expensive. We have however, found a way to reduce the cost of shipping but the it is not the fastest way (useually takes between 4-8 weeks). |
| Q:Is local pick up available? |
|
| A:By all means we welcome any ebay customers to come and visit our store. If you plan to pick up locally we will also waive the shipping fees. |
| Q:Do I have to pay taxes? (Canadians Customers) |

| A:If you live in Ontario we have to charge both the GST and the PST. For all other Provinces we have to charge the GST. |
| Q:Am I going to be charged Duty on my purchase? (US Customers) |

| A:You are allowed legally to make any purchase on sporting goods and not be charged duty on them as long as the purchase is under $225 U.S (excluding shipping). We try to keep all our items under that price to avoid any complications with the border. If the item being purchased is over $225 U.S, chances are you will be charged Duty |
