| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Unused items may be returned for a refund. Refunds will be given once the item is received back to us. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we can be watching for it to arrive. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We do combine shipping for the best possible price for you. If you buy more than one item, just wait for our invoice before paying and we will combine the shipping for you on that invoice. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We are fast shippers and usually ship next day, many times same day.
If you are within Canada, expect your package in about 1 week.
If you are outside of Canada, it usually takes between 1-3 weeks for items to arrive to you. Remember your items will likely have to clear customs within your own country.

| A:Many of our items are hand made and our own designs. We do also buy quality items to compliment our hand made items. |
| Q:Can you custom make items? |

| A:We often can customize or custom make items in your own colours and preferences. Please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you. |
| Q:What types of payments do you accept? |

| A:We accept PayPal and International US Dollar Money Orders. Money orders must be the above type to be cashable within Canada. They are available at post offices and many banks. |
