We ship items out from Hong Kong, not UK
Important: please read our announcement page for any postal delay
We ship all orders out from Hong Kong and try our best to ship all orders out within 1 working days(not include weekend or holiday). Customer is advised to check our announcement page for any incident that cause delay. As a seller, we cannot control the delivery speed of postal delivery. Below figure is just an estimation and experience based on customers feedbacks.
How to know estimated delivery date for your item?
- shipped date + delivery time below based on your country
- for example, shipped date is 1 Mar and country is United states. Estimated delivery date will be 8-15 Mar

Tracked Airmail:
Is tracked airmail helpful for your country
?
Unlike courier express service, tracked airmail does not provide point to point delivery status. If customer request detailed tracking service, please consider express delivery service such as EMS, DHL, Fedex... etc. Tracked airmail for some countries can provide limited tracking service. Please refer to above table or visit your country post office site.
How we ship your order by default?
We ship most items by either airmail or tracked airmail. We send items out from Hong Kong and then forward to our Singapore Logistics Centre. It will then distribute to all over the world.
* Will your item be shipped by tracked airmail ?
We only ship to European countries with tracking number if item is over 100 usd or customer can pay extra 7 usd to upgrade. For other countries, we ship item with tracking number if its value is around 30 usd or above .
** Default delivery service to this country is tracked airmail already. Customer do not require to pay extra to upgrade.
