| A:We charge taxes to Canadian buyers only. |
| Q:Why aren't your all your sterling silver items shiny? |

| A:Because the ones that are not completely shiny are antique finished. But if you want it polished and shiny, please mention it when you purchase the item and we will gladly change the look for you. |
