The Seller is great. In this case I understand it is E Bay s shipping process which has created a delay in my receiving my order. My order involved international transport from the USA to Canada. I understand E Bay moves such orders through its warehouse in Illinois. In my case I received an incorrect shipment. It is likely packages got mixed up at E Bay s warehouse, and I accept these things can happen. I was in contact with an E Bay agent who is working toward the fastest resolution possible.

Perfect Replacement. Purchased this for a family member who has a motorhome which was brought in for service and one wheel cover mysteriously disappeared. Well, they wanted 4 times the price for one and they said they only came in pairs so it would have cost over $800 to replace one wheel cover.
